Kelio Pulse has a 12-month product warranty for anything that may go wrong with your handset.

If your product is defective and you require a replacement, simply follow these instructions:

Take a video of the defect
Email our support team at support@getkelio.com and attach your video
Once approved, return your product as directed with the original packaging.
We will process a replacement/refund of your product/ product cost once we receive the defective one.

You have 12 months from the date ordered, to process a warranty application.

If you contact us within one month of your original purchase date, Kelio will cover the replacement costs of your handset.

Any faulty handsets recorded outside of the first month are subject to review and approval which may incur a replacement shipment fee that will need to be paid by the receiver, as the fault could be caused by one of many variables outside of our control, such as incorrect storage of the handset, damaged PowerPoint or power board, accidental water damage, etc.

Returns will be processed within 2 business days.

You will need to pay for your own shipping costs in order for us to process a return if it is due to you changing your mind.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are a customer outside of Australia, New Zealand, The United States of America, and Canada, you may incur an additional shipping fee as you are not within a serviceable region for us. Depending on your shipping location and the associated cost of sending your order, we may contact you via email to advise the additional cost of shipping. If this additional cost is approved by you, we will email you the additional invoice. Your order will not be dispatched from our warehouse until the fee has been agreed upon and paid.

If you are a customer outside of Australia, New Zealand, The United States of America, and Canada, shipping costs, duties and taxes, and/or customs fees will not be covered by Kelio for replacement products under our 12-month warranty, or any shipments that have been damaged by the customer.
